Our Language Audit program is an objective analysis and assessment of current localisation practices within a business unit or across divisions of a company. The goal is to determine a cost efficient localisation strategy, determine the best use of internal and external resources and check in how far the use of translation technology will have a positive impact on the overall process.
Together with management the Language Audit objectives are formulated. During the information and data gathering phase our business experts will interview the key stakeholders and analyse your translation processes in detail. These findings will be used at data analysis phase to generate reports on process performance, translation quality, translation costs and translation overheads. They will moreover highlight the strengths and weaknesses, point out the opportunities and threats.
The Language Audit is concluded with a management presentation summarising the consolidated findings, detailing our recommendations and action lines.
