Language services for Telenet

Telenet were faced with the challenge of meeting the growing internal demands for translation, improving the lead times of translated material especially for their on-line support and with reducing the overall costs for translation.

This was a big challenge by any standards.

As a part of our Language Audit program, we analysed their business objectives, interviewed the stakeholders and understood their short and long term requirements - we then advised them on a solution which best suited their requirements and budget as well as giving them capacity for future growth.
